1) Reliability and security:

We use multiple tools, some redundant, to monitor and manage your Wordpress website to resolve issues slowing down or causing potential for downtime on the site. We already monitor our server the site is running on, but with Managed Hosting we use the same tools to monitor your site on a site level. With the monthly update run a member of our team manually runs any available updates and as well as watching for alerts from the change monitoring manually checks for any broken functionality. We will soon be distributing monthly automated reports related to this, still putting all the info together from the different tools.

2) Speed

We are "Railgun Accelerated Partners" of Cloudflare. Not only do you gain their normal proxying, cdn, and optimization benefits anyone can access but we enable Railgun which essentially keeps open connections to our server from Cloudflare's network meaning lower Time to First Byte and higher rankings in Google. We would manage all of Cloudflare's optimizations to get every last bit of performance we can out of the site without breaking functionality (some options aren't compatible with some sites so we take time testing). You also immediately gain more CPU, Memory, Storage, and Bandwidth on our server allowing your website to serve more people simultaneously and load faster.

3) Support

Currently if you need assistance with the website, it breaks from an update or change, or you need help making a change you will be charged hourly for that support. Anything that isn't an issue with our hosting server itself would be charged. With Managed Hosting we will assist you with anything you need. If there is an issue with the contact form or similar technical issue we will always resolve that included. You get 4 small content changes to the site a month (replacing text, adding a blog article you've written or had our wonderful content team create, etc).
